We accept claims if you receive a product that:

  • There are errors in the personalization (incorrect number/name that does not match your order)

6.3 Claims Process

If you believe your product has any of the problems mentioned in 6.2:

  1. Contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving the order

  3. Includes:

    • Clear photographs of the received product showing the problem
    • Detailed description of the problem
  4. We will analyze your case within a maximum of 3 business days.
  5. If applicable, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost

6.4 Conditions for Claims

For a claim to be valid:

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed)
  • You must keep all the labels
  • The claim must be made within 48 hours.
  • Photographs that provide evidence of the problem must be provided.

6.5 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
